1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Startlife app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Services Provided
The App is designed to help users focus, regulate energy, form habits and live intentionally. We provide the App, updates, features and related support as described in our marketing and within the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
4. License and App Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a compatible iOS device in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Transfer your licence or account to anyone else.
5. User Content & Data
If the App allows you to input, upload or otherwise provide data ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. By providing it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the App.
We are not responsible for User Content you submit. You represent that you have all rights required to submit your User Content.
6. Accounts, Passwords & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payment terms will be posted in the App and/or the App Store listing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are only as permitted by the App Store policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App (including design, text, graphics, logo, interface, code) belong to Mind Start Technologies L.L.C or its licensors. Use of the App does not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except as stated in these Terms.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe others' rights (privacy, intellectual property, etc.).
- Upload harmful code (viruses, malware).
- Reverse engineering or interfering with the App's operation.
- Use the App in a way that imposes unreasonable load or harm.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or US$10 if none.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (via the App or email). continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
